Forbes magazine tells us they are the richest couple of the moment; in 2009 they made 122 million dollars. And you know what? That is no reason for them to act all crazy. You won't find any trash on them, but you will find photos of them laughing at basketball games, kissing on the beach and walking around holding hands. Money, power, fame, happiness and stability. Is this perfection or what?

June Carter was 3 years older than Johnny Cash and had divorced twice before knowing him. They met in 1956 because they both signed with the same record company. They fell in love slowly and got married in 1968. They performed together and were never seen apart... Jonnhy died a few months after June. They were partners...that's what I want, a partner.

When Louis XV met Jeanne Bécu, he was 58 and she was 25. She sold silk and lace in a fashionable shop in Paris and he was the king of France. They fell madly in love/lust and stayed together until the king died. Jeanne could not be introduced to the court without a title, so the king arranged for her to marry le comte du Barry. Louis XV was known for his sexual appetite, and their sexual adventures made the whole population o Versailles blush.

blondie t-shirt

Today I accomplished a task I love/tread: re-folding my whole closet. Thanks to Debbie, it went smoothly and now I can't get my eyes off the perfection of each stack. I might go out in pijamas so I won't have to disturb this work of art.

I always have a notebook with. I fill it up with drawings, doodles, lists, lists, lists, school work, notes, reminders.... I 've tried several sizes, shapes; I've tried hard cover, thick paper, lines, dots, detachable pages, colourful pages, moleskines, school notebooks...I still haven't found the perfect one but I've gotten used to the thin A5 format you can see above. This photo is of the notebooks I've kept these 3 last years, 8 of them are thin A5, see I wasn't lying.

bento

Laure is my munchin' partner. I mean, her and I,we have been eating all over town day long. One of our favorites of the moment is this bento. The restaurant that makes it, Enishi, is 5mn away from my place, in le 18éme. The bento is authentic, fresh, tasty, filling, varied...perfect, and to make things better it's so affordable.
