Ahoy Parisiennes!

come eat cake and shop at my place this Sunday from noon to midnight.

I did this quick visual for it, i ll be baking, Oceanne will provide with clothes from covertcandy, Laure will deal with the music, and my birds will give a private concert!

first sunday of the month

It felt so good being inside the Centre George Pompidou when looking out the glass façade and seeing the rain pouring and that line! Thanks to my yearly pass i skipped right to the very front. In Paris every first Sunday of the month all museums are free, and even though it makes going to the museum a real competition and complete hassle, i have to admit i'm proud of my fellow parisians when i see them queuing for hours to suck up a bit of culture.

little secrets

Malak and I have been pushing doors and finding a way into hidden passageways for the needs of our architectural project. I feel like we have a key that allows us to open parts of Paris, to access some of its treasured secrets.

le 51 à la cinématèque

La cinématèque de Paris is a magical place; a wondefully pure building designed by Frank Gerry. It's nickname is 'la danceuse' because it looks like the movement of a dancer's dress frozen at a specific moment. It was built in the very large garden of Bercy and is thus surrounded by an ideal natural setting.

On top of all of this, mut architecture and lepotager design got together and gave it it's new café/restaurant, le 51. Needless to say I'm moving there as soon as spring hits the city.
