Jethro is my very own Jamie Oliver, he's always talking about how vinegar balances out this and that ( just about everything according to him), about thyme and rosemary....
Yesterday he invited me for dinner and as expected he made something delicious, fresh yet traditional:
oven baked salmon with blanched asparagus and their hollandaise sauce
a side dish of salad with just the right amount of seasoning
mini meringues with balsamic vinegar (again) strawberries
