I, Nadski, will not post
anything on this blog
until mid-July.
See you then Coz

You know you're old when your personal references become historical icons for others, by Mathieu Dionne. ( ps: the words chocolate and mixtape put together make me think of you Laurette).

When I think of something fancy to wear ( other than the little black dress) what comes to my mind is all kinds of traditional clothing from around the world, women in richly embroided layers of fine fabric wearing all the jewelry they own.... these are from Sahara desert, Syria and Israel. The lady with her little boy on her head is sporting an outfit i could totally slip into right now, floral patterns fitted top high waist...

Beautiful images of Beyonce's "why don't you love me". The retro lighting, the fuzziness, B as a bored abandoned stay-at-home wife, the references.... i don't know how much i like the song, but the video speaks to me.
It felt so good being inside the Centre George Pompidou when looking out the glass façade and seeing the rain pouring and that line! Thanks to my yearly pass i skipped right to the very front. In Paris every first Sunday of the month all museums are free, and even though it makes going to the museum a real competition and complete hassle, i have to admit i'm proud of my fellow parisians when i see them queuing for hours to suck up a bit of culture.
This is a great idea. It came straight out of the brain of 2 students at the Industrial Design section of the Syracuse University. Basically you have on your envelope the google map location of the person who sent and will receive the letter. It's experimental at the moment.
the talking head of the month is a head bobbin' robot girl ( check out the flower shaped banana pancakes)
