manipulating






Julius von Bismarck was born in Germany and spent his youth in Saudi-Arabia and Germany. A part of his work is about creating machines he then works with. here you have it, the image-fulgurator. It looks like a camera, but it's something like a sniper rifle that he uses to manipulate pictures of other photographers while they're taking their own photos by adding curious details. His work is a reflexion about the use of media, etc etc but I like the results as they are. they remind me of high school times spent modifying pictures with the school photocopier..
