The potato has been around for over 8000 years; it's a sacred plant in many South American countries and comes in all shapes, sizes and colors.
It was introduced in Europe in 1534 through spain and has been feeding the whole world for centuries.
I decided to become a defender of the nobility and grandeur of this wonderfull tuberous!!!
My first action is to make myself a delicious baked potato with cream cheese, freshly ground pepper, parmigiano and herbs!
